One of the great things about LCHF / Banting is that you are not restricted to traditional meal times. When you break your fast, it is good to eat a substantial meal that will see you through the day. Some find it best / easiest to eat breakfast first thing in the morning when they get up. Others find it better to wait until "lunch-time" before breaking their fast. It's entirely up to what works for you!
I need to eat wholegrain bread every day to get the recommended amount of fibre in my diet, because I struggle with constipation. Would it be ok if I kept doing that on lchf?
