Keeping up your Sodium intake
We talk a lot about making sure you put enough salt back into your diet once you have thrown out all those nasty packaged foods. One of the ways to do this, without over-doing the salt intake, is to put *Sole* into your water bottle every time you refill it. Each person is different in how much they want to add but I use 3/4 tsp per bottle and David uses 1 tsp per bottle. If your water tastes 'salty' then you have too much. Experiment and see how much suits your individual taste. Sole helps to restore lost salt in your tissues and it also helps to rebalance your electrolytes. We keep our container of Sole on the kitchen bench and top it up with filtered water when it starts to get a bit low. |

Our Saturday Night Experiment: David and I made LCHF sausage rolls. You will notice me struggle with the 'pastry' at one stage, but we overcame and carried on to the finished product!
